Modello – Construction Update

Modello construction is progressing rapidly. The tower is now up to 27 of 37 storeys and is already contributing to the ever-growing Metrotown skyline. Every week the crew has been on schedule with the concrete pours and the tower is growing in height by one storey per week. Windows are installed up past level 18. Framing, insulation, and dry walling are all underway on the lower levels.
Our marketing team was on site last week and took some great photos of the tower while the level 26 concrete pour was underway…

 

 

We also captured some shots of the view from the 26th floor! The north-west view provides a stunning panoramic of the Downtown Vancouver cityscape and North Shore Mountains.

The south-west view overlooks the lush greenery of Central Park.

There are 10 more storeys to go and we can’t wait to get a glimpse of the views from up there!
